Walnut frames are an additional $20.00. Please note walnut frames are handcrafted and unique in that they vary in color, some are a mix of blonde and dark tones others are all dark tones.

Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days.
Items are shipped USPS Priority Mail.

Business days are Monday-Friday. Holidays, Saturday, and Sundays are not included in shipping days. Shipping timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed. If we are experiencing high volume orders and your order will be delayed, we will communicate this via email.

Custom pieces will take longer depending on what is all involved in making the piece. Timeline will be communicated to you via email.


In order to be eligible for a refund, you have to return the product within 10 business days of your purchase.  The product must be in the same condition that you received it and not damaged in any way.

After we receive your item, we will inspect it and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.

If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 10 business days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.

We do not accept returns or issue refunds on custom orders.

Damaged Products
If you received an item that has been damaged during shipping: Take a photo of the damaged product and send it to us via email at [email protected]. We will assess the damages and decide what actions need to be done moving forward.
